House music icons CAZZETTE get rising AZ house music phenom Ekonovah to remix their 2015 single ‘Sleepless‘ – and the results are flooring!
When one of your favorite and arguably most influential artists asks you to remix one of their iconic singles, you simply knock it out of the f**king park for them – no questions asked other than “when is it due?“.
Right?
Well, one of those surreal and dream-like scenarios happened to Ekonovah when Cazzette asked him for that exact remix opportunity with their tune ‘Sleepless‘.
Over a decade ago (2015), Cazzette released ‘Sleepless‘ to the wide-awake and bright-eyed electronic music-loving masses with no real regard to the influence and integral intervention it would bring to the world.
Fast forwarding the clock to 2025, the electronic duo has handpicked a myriad of burgeoning music producers to take on the song, and add their signature spin to the song via a remix of Sleepless, and one of those producers picked – was Ekonovah.
“Sleepless is one of those songs that brings me back to high school and those early days where I began falling in love with house music,” – shares Ekonovah.
With a rich tapestry of melodic sound design and deeply moving storytelling, Ekonovah breathes new life into the nostalgic essence of the original, crafting an electrifying, fast-paced, and cinematic journey through music.

The remix reaches its breathtaking climax, and in a stunning textbook-fashioned finale: a gentle, slowing piano outro that envelops the listener in a wave of reflection and heartfelt emotion, leaving a lasting impression long after the final note fades.
