As the bass-heavy waves of dubstep continue to evolve, one artist is making a name for himself in the Midwest scene: REMORSE.

Hailing from the underground depths of the Midwest’s electronic music scene, REMORSE has captivated local and regional audiences with his powerful soundscapes and innovative production via his wildly impressive and ever-largening discography.

At the helm of creating serious heaters, his arsenal of tunes like Grevious, and Keyboard Warriors” with ANODIC, alongside other fan-faves such as his multitude of remixes and flips for bass music’s heavy-hitters like STAYNS, Subfiltronik, BOMMER, and plenty of others, will be in rotation this Nov. 1st. – be there to witness the litness!

Red November is a celebration of the dubstep/bass/riddim communities as one, offering fans a personal connection with REMORSE alongside artists like KHOLD, LACHJAW, and 3DEN DUBZ, all performing in the intimate and revered Pike Room at The Crofoot.

REMORSE

Q1. Who is REMORSE? Can you briefly tell us about yourself and the music you make?

REMORSE: Triston AKA REMORSE is a producer/DJ from the Midwest. Growing up surrounded by influences such as Pantera, Korn, Daft Punk, and Sublime, to name a few, Remorse has always known he would venture down the path of production and take those influences and turn them into his own sound.

Such tunes as “Grievous” showcase that heavy yet jiggy style of sound.

Q2. Red November is poised to bring berzerk bass to the masses this Nov. 1st. What can we expect when we set foot in the Pike Room at The Crofoot?

REMORSE: When arriving at Red November you can anticipate nothing but good vibes and great music. From start to finish we have a lineup full of up-and-coming producers/DJs who take great pride in providing the best musical experience to their attendees.

Q3. How does it feel to be performing at The Crofoot with such a stacked lineup?

REMORSE: Very blessed to be straightforward. I’m sure I speak for all of the artists when I say that this is the entire reason we started this venture – to give the opportunity of freedom to those attending. For a couple of hours, you can dance with no worries and forget about the outside world, just let loose, and be comfortable with everything and everyone.

Q4. In regards to your set REMORSE, what can we expect from your performance?

REMORSE: Being direct support for such a close homie like KHOLD I’ve been preparing one of my heaviest setlists yet. Not only will I be previewing new music but I’ll also be putting some things in there that are certain to catch you off guard.

Q5. What more can we expect from REMORSE before the end of the year? New music, next event, major announcement? Leak it here!

REMORSE: Be on the outlook for more collabs to drop before the year is over as well as a couple more out-of-state debuts. I know I’ve been craving some BBQ or seafood so maybe I’ll be lucky enough to get some soon. *wink*
