YUREI & IZOLATE Reek Havoc w/ Their NEW Riddim Collab “Candy Crush” Released On Rising Record Label The Bass Space
Storm Report By: Garth Jones
Prepare yourselves for a bouncy, wonky, and cavity-bearing riddim collaboration from up-and-coming producers IZOLATE & YUREI ever-so-perfectly titled “Candy Crush” on The Bass Space record label.
As riddim gains more and more traction into the main stream markets, we are going to see this subgenre grow and flourish as a household soundscape. That is exactly what both IZOLATE & YUREI have done here with their new collaborative effort – “Candy Crush”.
Almost in an immediate fashion, the intro to this collab draws the listener in as a playful and bouncy foundation. As the first build-up starts to develop, the suspense intensifies, and the initial drops sets the pace for the rest of the track.
Throughout the 3:05 collaboration, we are sent on a frenzy of the senses with the crunchy basslines, freeform sound usages, and catch pre-drop vocal samples to keep the energy alive and significantly wonky.
After IZOLATE‘s latest original bass hits like “Forbidden Fruit” with Manifold (Trench Network), “Mariachi” (Trench Network), and self-released “Droid Riddim” he has dropped this year, “Candy Crush” will nestle itself comfortably in his growing discography.
YUREI‘s recent heaters such as “Terror” with PRYZD, “Shotta Style” with AKRONYM (Bypass Audio), and now the new collab with IZOLATE, his repertoire has now gained this new sweet treat!
