Tuna Melt takes on the task of remixing mega-legend Drake‘s new track Calling My Name from the Honestly, Nevermind album. The remix is an aggregation of tech house sound usage and overall upbeat prominence. From the get-go, their variation of the track is taken to new heights and keeps the listener buckled in for a luminous ride.

Tuna Melt is a duo comprised of Space Race and GAINCHANGER. Both well-established rising artists of the underground and talented in their fields. The combination of the two can be seen widespread amongst many tracks via originals, VIPS, and remixes on their pages as well as featured on labels such as BASS CVLT.

The first song Space Race & GAINCHANGER ever collaborated on was Drake‘s song Know Yourself. Now years later the two have once again remixed Drake, this time as their duo Tuna Melt.

Drake broke the internet a couple weeks ago in the dance music world as he released a house-forward album (Honestly, Nevermind), which was dedicated to Virgil Abloh, an American fashion designer and entrepreneur. He was the artistic director of Louis Vuitton‘s menswear collection beginning in 2018. He died in 2021 in Chicago after a two-year battle with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare cancer. May he rest in peace.
