The North Pole’s EDM beat-making beasts, Polar Bears, fight the summer heat with their glacial single ‘Fake It‘ ft. Dutch vocalist Jay Mason.

Zero and Snowball, the masked duo who make up the act Polar Bears. A wildly upbeat and sonically icy powerhouse in the progressive house and dance music sector.

Their new single ‘Fake It‘ showcases a myriad of emotive underpinnings, paired with the numbing vocals from Jay Mason, all make for a sobering, yet hybernatingly dreamy end product for the masses to thaw to. It’s dancey, it’s direct, and it’s undeniably going to be on your favorite uplifting playlists.

No strangers to frigid and feral releases, Polar Bears are at the cusp of being household names in the electronic dance music ice shelves, and with such stunning works to show for them, this new release will nestle in their ice-laden igloos comfortably.

“The second we got this vocal from Jay Mason, we knew we had something. Jay is an incredible talent and someone we were really grateful to create a record with.”
– said Zero

The lyrics in ‘Fake It‘ are remarkably relatable to most listeners, and in addition to his endearingly ethereal vocals, in combination with the Polar Bear’s unpredictable melodic tension, the pairing is wildly palatable and emotionally drawing.

“This record really spoke [to us]. I think we’ve all been in those positions where you can feel someone pulling away from you and you know the end is near. But you know you’ll be moving on and are getting ready for that next chapter in life. We wanted to blend a higher energy feel with an uplifting message and I believe we really nailed that here.”
– said Snowball

Fresh and minty off their recent winter tour titled ‘Winter Laserland‘ and transitioning into spring, the Bears have wasted no time pawing up on making sure their tunes were heard over the colder months and into summer with shows in Arizona, Colorado, and ultimately in California with their exclusive DNB set at Wobbleland in San Francisco.

Although in good bear nature, they span their tune terrain into the latter months and into fall with slated performances at Frozen Frequencies in September for a first-of-its-kind EDM + ice skating event at Mullet Arena in Tempe, AZ, and their highly anticipated set at Same Same But Different Festival in Lake Perris, CA, and Off The Grid Campout in Apple Valley, CA.
