TROWL shares with us:
“Who doesn’t love to immerse themselves into a sound system outdoors? Being in nature alongside a booming system is a cross between man-made tech and Mother Earth that is topped but no other experience! That very encounter is what drove my initial inspiration for Wildflower Fields, I wanted a proper piece that would take me away to that happy place surrounded by both tech and nature.“

From the studio, TROWL‘s tunes have been making waves across the music industry, gaining recognition on various platforms, including WTFs That Sound, No Hype Music, Soundz Organic, Chase The Chill, and SurRealist Records.

TROWL goes on to say:
“I was beyond thrilled when Bay Area collective and record label, MalLabel Music, agreed to pick up this tune. I was so excited to find a fitting home on a label that has been making waves in the dubstep scene since 2008, featuring releases from big hitters: Of The Trees, Potions, The Widdler, Minnesota. Pushloop, LUZCID + more. “Wildflower Fields” is out now on all platforms and featured on MalLabel’s newest compilation “Post Human Bass”.
TROWL‘s unique blend of electronic beats and innovative sounds has caught the attention of music enthusiasts worldwide. Now, TROWL has further solidified their presence in the industry by joining the ranks of MalLabel Music, a prominent record label and an influential force in the underground bass music movement emanating from San Francisco, CA.
This collaborative effort serves as a testament to TROWL‘s growing influence and his ability to captivate audiences with his cutting-edge musical creations. Outside the herbaceous Wildflower Fields, you can find other songs by TROWL such as their dubstep single Lost Hymn, their drum and bass tune Astral Reflection, and halftime heater, Cytokinesis; all nestled together in the ever-growing owl’s nest of TROWL.
TROWL adds in:
“Wildflower Fields is a true dubstep tune curated to be enjoyed best on advanced subwoofers, it’s set appropriately at 140 BPM and features massive low-end basses, a proper deep dub drumline, and two distinct drops that are unique yet cohesive. I knew I wanted the drops to contrast each other while still feeling like one full tune. Drop 1 is more experimental in my opinion, with varying sound design throughout, while Drop 2 follows more of a simplistic approach, with a strong focus on low end movement.“
