SUNDRESS Moves The Masses w/ Vibrant New Single “Before We Knew” [Track Write-Up]

EDM Weather Reporter: Garth Jones

● “Before We Knew” comes as SUNDRESS’ second single of 2023 and assuredly not the year’s last release from this budding duo. After several sold-out and electrically charged uptempo performances across the Pacific Northwest supporting household names like JAUZ, Cash Cash, Gryffin, and Troyboi, at venues, festivals, and shows such as Portland Expo Center‘s Moonlight Masquerade NYE and their instantly sold-out show at The Capitol in Bend, Oregon, they are ready to keep the momentum going with their new single.

These two are rocking it up and down the West Coast and we are sun-lit and excited to share the news of this new tune.

Brimming with energy, SUNDRESS‘ new single “Before We Knew” takes listeners on a vibrant jaunt through their creative genius and allows listeners to feel the feels, and get an idea of what level of intricacy and forward-thinking music they’ll continue to deliver.

The single contains so many uplifting and emotive elements that surge through your ears, mind, and into your soul. Although, while “Before We Knew” is a highly-textured and gospel-like body of work, it still showcases mainstage soundscapes, upbeat drops, and a beat so tantalizing, anyone in an ears shot of it, will undeniably move and groove.

SUNDRESS accompanies “Before We Knew” with a stunningly visual and captivating music video by Drew Dody (their videographer), serving as a personified proof-of-concept for the release and the duo’s trajectory to grow the SUNDRESS sound into a household name of today’s dance music industry.

If you have heard any of their other releases such as their “New Beginnings” EP on JAUZ‘s Bite This! record label imprint, or their collaborative effort titled “Wild Things” with storm alumni – Bella Renee via Dim Mak Records, or even their two-piece release on Bear Grillz‘s label – Rude Service titled “Itachi” and “Crown of Thorns” – you’ll instantly understand their sound and ascending rise.

Any of these are all great examples of the driving force and power they bring to the stage, speakers, and your headphones at home. This is SUNDRESS!
