Tennessee’s Bass Music Duo – Dublink Has Their NEW “Advanced Darkness” Release On Duploc‘s BLXCK TXPES Compilation
Storm Coverage By: Garth Jones
Tennessee-based rising bass music duo Dublink sets forth with a purely abysmal and deeply Vantablack-stylized production titled “Advanced Darkness” via Duploc‘s third annual compilation – BLXCK TXPES.
The track starts out with a campy yet comical introduction of SpongeBob SquarePants Season 1 episode titled “Rock Bottom“. Then, without notice the track takes a wildly grim turn where the title of the track is reformed into a manipulated vocal of “Advanced Darkness“.
Thereafter, the subsequent musicality of the track begins to take shape and it becomes a slow yet impactful bass-ridden adventure into the minds of Dublink.
What these two develop in the 3:42 duration of track leaves a lasting impression on the listener with their immense and otherworldly basslines and extensive texture in layering pleasantly-grueling soundscapes to fully embrace the dark factor.
Closing one’s eyes and mentally encapsulating your mindful attention into this addition to the BLXCK TXPES amplifies the beauty and prowess of these two producers into the upper echelons of when art transcends audiences into their minds.
It’s abstract, it’s astounding, and it’s available for streaming everywhere via Duploc‘s DUPLOCXX003 compilation.
Dublink shares with us:
“We are absolutely honored to release our music with a label of this magnitude. Duploc has been an inspiration to our project from the beginning. The goal is to have Advanced Darkness be the first of many releases with them!”
