Jonomatic – Wastes No Time After Lost Lands To Debut A Guest Mix & Talk About What’s Next For The Final Quarter Of 2022.
Cloud Coverage By: Garth Jones
Jonomatic dominates the skies above by debuting his official guest mix with us in the storm. Fresh off his 2022 Lost Lands Music Festival performance, we know this mix is a surefire bass beat down.
Let’s lay the bass down and get to know the Ohio-based drummer, bowling aficionado, and bass music phenom in this exclusive interview. Don’t forget to jam the mix and listen as you read.
Let’s get to know what this mix is all about, a favorite section within, spooky season, his forthcoming final quarter of 2022, and more.
[Jonomatic //// Interview]
Q1: What emotions, motivations, or creative directions did you use to make this mix?
A1: Honestly, I just wanted to showcase a side of Jonomatic that a lot of people are not used to hearing. In other words, everyone thinks that I’m just a dubstep DJ and Producer when I’m more geared towards becoming a multi-genre artist.
Q2: What is a highlight track, remix, or edit to this mix that you like the most?
A2: I would have to say my very last song in the mix. It’s an original of mine out now called ‘The Alley’. It’s a kickoff to the new Jonomatic rebrand. Yes, I am still drumming but no longer a marching band brand. I decided to make the decision to build the bridge between my music career and bowling career which is why I’m not a DJ bowling brand.
Q3: It’s Spooky Season! What is your favorite (or least favorite) part about the Halloween holiday and festivities?
A3: I honestly don’t do Halloween festivities besides going to any EDM Halloween festivals or shows.
Q4: What’s next for Jonomatic? What can expect for the last quarter of the year?
A5: I am not really too sure about that. Hopefully maybe some music previews or possibly some new drums videos. Show wise I honestly can’t tell you besides I have my first ever headlining show on October 21st at the SC Event Center in Mansfield, Ohio!
