Damaged Goods & Los Padres Come Together To Remix Cheat Codes’ Mathematics

Cheat Codes, an ultra-successful dance-pop DJ trio best known for their mega-hits ‘Sex‘ in 2016 and ‘No Promises‘ in 2017 with Demi Levato (my personal favorite), plus their crazy Las Vegas beach club performances, and even just recently their collaboration with Wiz Kalifa and DVBBS this past August in 2020. It’s no secret that this trio of friends and now arguable mega-stars are in the upper echelons of the music industry at large. From radio, to awards shows, to affluent nightclubs across the globe, Cheat Codes is a big deal. They have taken their recently released HELLRAISERS album, and sent it out the worlds best and brightest to remix the 11-tracks. The results are in and astounding at that.
As for the remix at hand, Damaged Goods and Los Padres secured a spot on this highly-anticipated remix album and with the hit-track ‘Mathematics‘ being subject to their fancy-footwork. Their reimagination, creativity, and seismic ability to remix and put their own spin on the original has caught the attention of the Los Angeles-based music trio and landed them on the remix album.
The remix itself takes on a vast array of styles, soundscapes, and visionary changes compared to the original. Damaged Goods and Los Padres fuses in layers of piano-house, a section of bass rhythm, along with a healthy-heaping of progressive house, and keeping the flares of pop and electro throughout the track.
