BBX revs his engines with the release of his new “riddim meets phonk” tune – ‘Drift’ on MAXD OUT Records‘ sophomore compilation album, MAXD OUT II.

[Ohio-based] electronic bass music producer BBX is wide awake behind the wheel of his latest riddim and phonk hybridized tune – ‘Drift‘ as part of MAXD OUT‘s exciting new compilation album, MAXD OUT II.
With “Drift,” BBX is poised to deliver a rowdy ridealong that will transport listeners to new dimensions, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking artist who isn’t afraid to put the pedal to the metal and fire all pistons in search of salacious soundscapes.

Known for his unique blend of heavy bass and intricate sound design, BBX has crafted “Drift” as a high-energy, car-themed dubstep anthem. The track revs up with aggressive basslines and sharp, rhythmic beats, mimicking the adrenaline-fueled intensity of street racing.
What makes Drift stand out from other BBX hits?
“I love this tune cause it mixes heavy dubstep and machine gun-style riddim with the sounds of Phonk and the whole thing comes together to introduce a truly unique sound that is also catchy!
I love the melody that I came up with for it as well, and it has been going off at ALL my shows.”

BBX‘s ‘Drift” will be featured alongside tracks from seven other talented electronic artists, LEADA, OUTERDEMON, WIICKED, DepravedPope, VOYDOOM, Antz, and DSTRTN, making the compilation a must-listen for bass enthusiasts via their seven respective installations.

Rising record label, MAXD OUT, known for pushing the boundaries of electronic music, continues to showcase innovative producers like BBX.
As fans blare the album, “Drift” promises to be a standout track, offering a thrilling sonic experience that captures the raw power and excitement of drifting through the urban asphalt jungle.
What can fans and listeners expect?
“‘Drift’ is a song that you can dance and headbang to. It’s got that hip-hop element that the BBX project is becoming known for! I’m very excited to finally be putting this one out with MAXD OUT.”
