▼ Q1. Welcome to our violently torrential storm, the HYPERCANE – can you tell us about yourself and your forthcoming Bounce Back coming out on June 1st?
FVJIWARA: My name is Remington Marton and I am a multi-genre music producer out of Colorado Springs, CO. I’m super excited to have the opportunity to share my new track, “Bounce Back”, with you all. It has a very deep and wet atmosphere with some ground-shaking basses and mysterious overtones.
▼ Q2. What all went into the creative process and development of Bounce Back? Walk us into that brainstorm of yours!
FVJIWARA: The creative process of “Bounce Back” all started from enjoying nature by a beautiful creek. I have always felt that the Earth is Mother Nature’s soundboard and I love incorporating the natural sounds of this world into my music. Along with that, I wanted to give the feeling that you are being visited by some mysterious extraterrestrial presence while sitting by the creek which led to some high vibrato sustains and deep bass wobbles.
▼ Q3. Tell us about this guest mix! From the curation of tracks to the style of soundscapes, what should we expect?
FVJIWARA: This is an all-original guest mix filled with flips and unreleased music. There are a lot of nature sounds incorporated into these tracks along with some very cinematic atmospheres. This mix will have you all over from getting lost in a void to grooving with the wubs and back to embracing peacefulness. I promise it will leave you no choice but to dance.
▼ Q4. What’s next for you, FVJIWARA? Let your fans know what is coming after this storm, the HYPERCANE.
FVJIWARA: I am currently sitting on a couple of albums worth of music right now and I am very excited to start self-releasing and finding good homes for all of them.
