‘Purgatory’
[Albuquerque-based] dubstep and Grimeapple Collective artist eJecht sends us into another existential realm with his newest 5-piece EP release, Purgatory. Blurring the lines between bass and surreal soundscapes, eJecht sets us up with for a successful listening session with ‘Purgatory‘.
The flagship track titled ‘Purgatory‘ on the EP opens up the vessel of virtual disarray and the introduction to the extended play. Viscerally displaying the usage of his skills and talents, we can mindfully listen knowing this new release of his, is an example of what has been up to.
Sending us off into a cosmic whirlwind, the tracks ‘Purple Stars‘ and ‘Dark Matter‘ hold vestige that these will both allows us to see the greater vision of his. ‘Repeat’ and ‘Cycles’ finish off the EP with sheer volume and a great climatic finish, completing this well-rounded EP to finish off eJecht‘s 2020 year.
