First things first, who is Z-Dougie?
Z-Dougie is an up-and-coming producer from Tennessee who is widely known for his savory ability to fuse contemporary bass music with Southern hip-hop in his productions.
With releases in his reservoir like “Bring Ya Clique” (via The Electric Movement), and “Do It” (via Syndicate Bass Records), along with collaborative efforts with artists like Crowell, TYLR, HEXED, it’s safe to say it’s getting hot in here.
Combine those with a plethora of flips (or “re-beats”) of popular hip-hop tracks from groups like Memphis-born legends Three 6 Mafia, the viral sensation “The Dougie” dance move originators – Cali Swag District, and southern trap music pioneer and rapper Gucci Mayne.
Of those releases, a series of mixes have been created by Z-Dougie, ever-so-eloquently named ‘Teach You How To Dougie‘. The mixes are an amalgamation of “attitude meets audio” type beats that keep the energy alive from start to finish. Each volume is an instant party starting lesson plan and the assignment is always understood!
Vol. 3 combines a slew of his IDs consisting of unreleased heaters like his collabs with Manic Focus, SICKISH, DrewBeats, HEXED. Add those to a myriad of musical numbers by Zeds Dead, Young Dolph, Gucci Mayne, WonkyWilla, M?STIC, and many more that make up Z-Dougie’s seamless mix.

The “Teach You How To Dougie” mix series is about showcasing music from myself, my friends, and my favorite artists in an intricate, but seamless way. Not only is there a lot of dope unreleased music teased, but never before heard edits and mashups always make a debut in each volume.
In years past, Z-Dougie has given the masses two awe-inspiring TYHTD mixes laden with hyphy and hellacious hip-hop undertones, and with the release of volume three, the masses get another taste of Memphis’ madman of rap meets dubstep.
